The Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation Limited is a Hong Kong-based independent philanthropic organization. Its main mission is to foster and support Chinese arts and culture, in particular arts education and cross cultural understanding between China and the world; the other core mission is to promote a deeper understanding of Buddhist philosophy. The Foundation now invites applications to the position of:
Programme Director
Report to theCEO, the Programme Director will oversee the Foundation's programme plans including strategic partnership scheme and creative arts education programmes
| The successful candidate will: |

Research, develop and manage philanthropic programmes in the arts and culture |
| - |
Identify, assess and select strong partners to create programmes that meet the objective of the Foundation |
| - |
Ensure the Foundation's creative arts education programme is aligned and coherent and in accordance with the Foundation mission, vision and strategic plan |
| - |
Oversee the development of programme frameworks, tools, curricula and the engagement with appropriate bodies both local and international |
| - |
Monitor funding and progress of the programmes to ensure performances and accountability of partners |
| - |
Supervise, manage and evaluate the execution of new programmes |
| - |
Assist the CEO in developing the Founation's long-term strategy, as well as policies and procedures |

| Qualifications: |
| - |
University graduate with at least 10 years experience in senior management of NPO, NGO, charitable organization and/or private sector |
| - |
Track record of creating, developing and implimenting creative programme |
| - |
Good networking in the arts and education communities in Hong Kong |
| - |
Passion for the arts and strong belief of the arts in society |
| - |
Interest in Buddhist philosophy is an asset |
| - |
Proactive, open-minded, resourceful and creative |
| - |
Good interpersonal skill, a leader and a team member |
| - |
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage |
Administrative Secretary (Programme)
| Duties: |
| - |
Perform general administrative and secretarial duties to support the work of the Chief Executive Officer and the work of the Foundation |
| - |
Assist the Chief Executive Officer to develop and implement systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness |
| - |
Co-ordinate and support internal and external meetings, including notes and minutes writing, preparation of budgets and reports |
| - |
Provide support to the programme team in operational and development matters |
| Ideal Qualities: |

University graduate with minimum 5 years working experience in a relevant capacity |
| - |
Pleasant personality with higly developed communication and interpersonal skills |

Highly organized and numerical |
| - |
Flexible, proactive, resourceful, well organized and creative in problem solving |

Able to work under pressure and to fit into an innovative, dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment |

Interest in and knowledge of the arts are definite advantages |

Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage |
